SOCIAL MEDIA CLIENTS
DRESSEMBER
A nonprofit organization advocating for human trafficking survivors.
OBJECTIVE: Dressember Foundation had previously used an illustrative design for their podcast (left) My task was to create updated templates (right) using updated design trends and my knowledge of social media engagement to personalize their brand and content.
DELIVERABLES: In this design, I utilized the halftone effect to edit the main subject of the photo (right). By removing the background surrounding the subject, I was able to create a clean and modern look for Dressember's seasonal podcast, while also humanizing the topic by putting a face to the subject.
DECA
DECA is a newly found business club at Pepperdine which launched in 2019.
OBJECTIVE: The previous social media feed was unorganized and contained third-party created content. My task was to create a cohesive aesthetic to attract more students to join the club.
DELIVERABLES: To help DECA stand out from other clubs, I chose to create subtle design elements such as the seal, shown in this image, to create a more traditional aesthetic. Using photos from DECA-related outings and conferences, I was also able to showcase what the club had to offer, which increased club membership by 10% and social media engagement by 30%.
TIKTOKS
The video content above were shot and edited for my own personal brand in 2022 when I was booking freelance clients. The videos showcase lifestyle content as well as a glimpse of my job responsibilities as a social media manager.
